Over the years, I have carved a number of sculptures that explore the nuances of intimacy, often (but not always) between male and females. Sometimes the genders are specific and obvious; sometimes they are not.

Why? Because we need to connect, to share emotions and experiences, to trust implicitly in another human being. Of course, it can be risky. But worth it (usually).
